moved into management positions, either at the restaurant level

History
The Fazoli'sŪ
concept was created in 1988 by Jerrico, which was then the parent
company of Long John Silver's. Two years and five restaurants
later, the concept was sold to Seed Restaurant Group, Inc.,
based in Lexington, Kentucky.
Since then, Fazoli's has grown from a handful of restaurants
in Lexington, to more than 400 thriving company owned and franchised
Fazoli's Restaurants spanning 32 states and the Philippines.
From Florida to California, and Wisconsin to Texas, Fazoli's
is serving "Real Italian. Real Fast.Ū" and doing it at affordable
prices.
Today, Fazoli's Restaurants employ approximately 8,000 people
across the country.

Management Positions
Associate
Trainer - Atlanta
The Associate Trainer coordinates, conducts and tracks
all training within a restaurant, ensuring that quality,
service and cleanliness standards are achieved.

Associate - Atlanta
The "front line." An Associate is cross-trained to perform
several positions within a Fazoli's restaurant, always
operating with our Guests' best interests in mind.

Restaurant
Manager - Atlanta
Those who hold the position of Restaurant Manager
begin the first step of their management careers with
Fazoli's. Following a 6-week structured training program
and week-long classroom training session, RMs work an
11-step self-paced plan towards completion of programs
ensuring they become business "generalists."

General
Manager - Atlanta
The General Manager is ultimately accountable for a Fazoli's
Restaurant, supervising and developing a staff of 30+,
and ensuring the success of a unit as measured by Guest
satisfaction, Associate satisfaction and Stockholder value.

Associate
Manager - Atlanta
The Associate Manager manages shifts and performs
all management functions. Associate Managers are vital
to the successful operation of a Fazoli's restaurant and
are groomed to assume salaried management positions in
the future.

Help
Desk Technician - Atlanta - Headquarter Positions
The Support Office of Fazoli's has an opening for
a Help Desk Technician. The individual selected most be
able to work flexible hours including some evening and
weekend hours. Previous experience in hardware trouble
shooting skills, telephonic customer service skills and
the ability to communicate well with all levels of the
organization. The successful candidate will join a team
of six technicians dedicated in providing high quality
customer service to our restaurants.

Area
Supervisor - Atlanta - Headquarter Positions
The Area Supervisor is responsible for the successful
operation and profitability of 8-12 Fazoli's restaurants,
ensuring standards of service, quality and cleanliness
are maintained.

Director
of Operations - Atlanta - Headquarter Positions
The Director of Operations directly supervises 6-10
restaurants and oversees another 8-10 restaurant area
positions.
